COMS is a global conference, focusing on the commercialization of high technology. A part of its program is Young Technology Award for young and emerging technology companies that want to be in the spotlight.
After a day of workshoping on Sunday and pitching of ideas on Monday, the final 6 companies were nominated for the prize. Prox Dynamics was one of the strongest competitors in the finals. In the beginning of June the company won Electric Award (Elektronikkprisen) in a very close competition with One2Touch and DolphiTech in Tandberg. This time it was One2Touch that was going home with the prize.
All the teams had a final 3 minutes pitch following with 7 minutes of questioning in front of 150 people in the audience.
The Young Technology Award goes to the company that has the best case, the best team and the best technological innovation. The winning prize is € 5000.
