Their platform solution will be like standard mail packages that the customer can choose from when they send out payloads in the room and thus avoid having to create their own “packaging”. Dynaspace receives payload from customers, integrates it into self-built standardized satellites, and organizes launches and data acquisition. From the customer’s perspective, the process will thus be to deliver a payload to us and have data returned (“one stop shop”). Their solution will simplify the process of launching small satellites in space as the customer does not have to acquire much new expertise and costs and development time are reduced. This means that far more people can benefit from the space than it is today, making it easier to gather more information to solve problems facing the global community.
