One2touch AS Bergen has sold the first 50 000 innovative keyboards to Elecom, Japan's largest distributor of mobile accessories. The company will pay one million dollars for exclusive rights to sell One2touch products in Asia. The contract value is NOK 10.4 million with an option for additional 9.3 million for 2013. "This is a breakthrough," says Rune Rinnan, One2touch-investor and co-owner of several Norwegian venture funds including BTO fund Norweigian Innovation Capital.

One2touch is a foldable and portable keyboard designed for mobile users and which utilizes near-field communication technology. Users can simply put their NFC mobile phone on the keyboard and ultimately start typing away. This portable NFC keyboard gets rid of the usual pairing process we associate with using new accessories.
